There is no sign up/list management fee. ONLY if we find you a position, and you enter into a contract, will there be a commission (10% of fees paid to you - minimum contract of $25,000, 15% for smaller contracts) - we take our commission at the same time you're bill is paid by the contractor. 

If you contract again with the same client within a year, we also take our commission (based on the same scale) at the time you're bill is paid by the contractor. 

When you join, we get to know you and what you have to offer.  When we receive a request from a pharma client for services that you provide, we let them know about you, and if they are further interested, we contact you to get the ball rolling.
