Dr. Gedde is an
independent consultant and can relate to your special needs. Dr. Gedde also
has the know how and connections that come with years of experience in the
industry, and continues to network for our agency and those it represents.

At this time,
we provide two service options for consultants:
- Per Contract Service
- Career Management Agent
Services
When you sign up
for this service, we get to know you and your areas of expertise. We
also enter you into a database, indexed by skill(s). When a pharma
client requests someone with skills that are within your fields of
expertise, we search our database, then if you're appropriate for
the position, we tell them about you. If they are further interested in
you, we contact you, and arrange for contract negotiations, either
by you, or by us (extra service).
There is no sign up/list
management fee. ONLY if we find you a position, and you enter into a
contract with a pharma/biotech company, will there be a commission
(10% of fees paid to you - minimum contract of $25,000, 15% for
smaller contracts) - we take our commission at the same time your
bill is paid by the contractor.
If you contract again with the same client
within a year, we also take our commission (based on the same scale)
at the time youre bill is paid by the contractor.

- Career Management Agent Service
For a
pharmaceutical industry consultant, having us represent you is similar
to being a book author who has a literary agent, or an athlete with
sports agency representation. They typically charge 15% commission,
or higher. But see our special offer below! As a
Career Management client, you are given preferential treatment and
contract availability priority.
You get the first opportunity to
accept new contracts that fit your fields of expertise (or if there
are other Career Management clients in your fields, you are in the
first group to be submitted to the pharma client).
As with our Per
Contract Service, we get to
know you, and your skills. But like a sports agency would, we actively promote
you to pharma clients.
Also,
as your agent, we
will work with you
all the way -- from initial qualifying discussions, to working out a scientific/work
plan, through closing the deal. The Career Management Agent fee is a
flat 10%. This fee applies to all contracts that you enter
into while you are our client. We want this to be a lifelong
relationship, and of course, if you are happy with our services, it will be
more than worth it to you, and if not, we will cancel the contract with 30 days
notice.
